Job Description: Brand Ambassador / Experienced Mall Promoter

We are looking for confident, well-presented and reliable Brand Ambassadors / Experienced Mall Promoters to join our weekend promotions team at leading malls in Johannesburg and Pretoria, including Mall of Africa, Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, Winifred Mandela Precinct , and other premium retail locations.

This is a part-time weekend opportunity, with shifts available on Fridays and/or Saturdays and/or Sundays between 10h00 and 16h00.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically in high-traffic mall environments.

Engage with shoppers, create brand awareness, explain products or services, and encourage customer interest.

Help shopper to sign up to an app.

Maintain excellent grooming, presentation and conduct at all times.

Arrive on time, follow campaign instructions, and complete assigned shifts reliably.

Submit basic feedback, photos, attendance updates or reports via smartphone when required.

Requirements

Applicants must

Have completed Matric .

Be well spoken, confident and fluent in English.

Have excellent grooming, presentation and personal hygiene.

Be reliable, punctual and professional.

Have their own transport and be willing to travel across Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Have a smartphone with consistent access to airtime and data.

Previous mall promotion, brand ambassador, sales, retail or customer-facing experience is essential.

Preferably be studying at a college or university.

Ideal Candidate

You are friendly, energetic, approachable and comfortable speaking to customers. You take pride in your appearance, arrive on time, follow instructions, and can represent a premium brand in top retail environments.

Weekend shifts available: Friday and/or Saturday and/or Sunday

Locations: Johannesburg and Pretoria malls
