Let’s shape<br><br>the future together!<br><br>For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a <strong>Digital Inside Sales Professional with German (Remote)</strong>.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive outbound and inbound sales across phone, email, video calls, and social platforms;</li><li>Identify key decision-makers using tools like Sales Navigator and custom lead lists;</li><li>Qualify and nurture leads — and smoothly hand them over when they’re ready to onboard;</li><li>Own the full sales cycle: from first touch to closing, with smart, timely follow-ups;</li><li>Build long-term client relationships with value-led, strategic communication;</li><li>Keep CRM data (like Salesforce) accurate and up to date — pipeline hygiene matters;</li><li>Analyze performance regularly to stay on target and adjust tactics as needed. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Fluent in German with strong communication skills in English;</li><li>2+ years of sales success, ideally in tech or digital advertising;</li><li>Skilled at uncovering growth potential and expanding client budgets;</li><li>Familiarity with digital ad products, platforms, and market trends is a big plus;</li><li>Strategic, consultative, and competitive — you know how to win new business;</li><li>Confident in explaining complex ideas clearly and persuasively;</li><li>CRM-savvy (Salesforce or similar) — you know how to keep deals moving is a plus. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Our client offers:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Monday-Friday standard working hours (Remote);</li><li>Employee benefits, including discounts and a Multisport Card;</li><li>Monthly allowance for transportation/internet (on top of salary);</li><li>Bonuses for major life events (marriage, childbirth, graduation);</li><li>Health and dental insurance, plus life insurance coverage;</li><li>Performance-based bonuses;</li><li>Candidates must be currently located in Bulgaria;</li><li>Welcome bonus included, plus a standard relocation package for relocators. <br><br></li></ul>If you feel excited and confident that you’re the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the next<br><br>step.
