[Hiring] Content Operations Specialist @Eleanor Health

Role Description

Most people looking for addiction treatment never see a brochure. They search, they ask an AI assistant, they read an article someone linked in a community. The content Eleanor Health publishes is how we show up in those moments: accurately, warmly, and in language that treats every reader with dignity.

The Content Operations Specialist brings Eleanor Health's content strategy to life by managing the day-to-day production, governance, and publication of accurate, accessible, search-optimized content. Working within our AI-assisted Content Engine and Sanity CMS, this person coordinates the full content lifecycle, from briefs and drafting through editorial and clinical review, publishing, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization.

This role combines strong editorial judgment with operational discipline. The Content Operations Specialist maintains visibility into the production pipeline, ensures that content meets brand, clinical, and technical standards, and improves the processes that help our team publish consistently and responsibly. Written content is the primary focus, with opportunities to support multimedia and cross-channel content as the program grows.
