MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVE

<p>Quantim is a growing legal company. We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist on a part-time basis. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, cold-calling law firms, and delivering software demonstrations. This role offers a flexible schedule with a basic stipend and high commission per closed deal.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead Generation:</strong> Research and identify potential legal and accounting firm clients.</li><li><strong>Cold Calling:</strong> Conduct outbound calling to pitch Quantim’s software and book demos.</li><li><strong>Product Demonstrations:</strong> Learn the software deeply to run engaging, virtual product demos.</li><li><strong>Pipeline Management:</strong> Track leads and follow up systematically to close sales.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in B2B cold calling, telesales, or software demonstrations.</li><li>Background in law, accounting, or marketing is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Disciplined self-starter comfortable working independently in a startup environment.</li><li>Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for client calls.</li></ul><p><strong>Remuneration</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive basic monthly retainer plus high commission percentage per successful signup.</li></ul><p>If you think you are the right person for this job, send your cv to Lizanda@quantim.co.za</p>
