Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous, results‑oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist – Prior Authorization to join our dynamic claims processing team. Key Responsibilities

• Data Capture: Enter data from scanned or processed images into the arenaflex data capture system with precision.
• Production Targets: Meet or exceed hourly volume goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Perform self‑checks and collaborate with quality teams to ensure data accuracy above management‑set minimums.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Compliance: Adhere to corporate compliance policies, HIPAA regulations, and client data security protocols.
• Workstation Management: Keep your remote workstation organized, secure, and ready for daily tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and cross‑functional projects as assigned.
• Reliability: Demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, and dependability in a production environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Utilize claims processing software, electronic data interchange (EDI) tools, and other digital platforms.
• Security Compliance: Install and maintain two‑factor authentication (2FA) applications on personal devices in line with arenaflex and client security requirements.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typing Skills: Minimum 35 words per reputed company with 98% accuracy (typing test required).
• Health Claims Experience: Prior experience in health claims processing, including familiarity with claims software and related tools.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and consistency in data entry.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with active listening and negotiation capabilities.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fluctuating workloads.
