About the company

A fast-growing performance marketing agency based in the UK, our client specializes in high-impact patient acquisition for the cosmetic dentistry sector. By combining premium creative production with cutting-edge AI-driven sales systems, the team bridges the gap between lead generation and clinical consultations. They provide a comprehensive solution that includes specialized Meta advertising and automated appointment setting, ensuring high-value cases like Invisalign and dental implants reach the practitioners they serve.

The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, priding themselves on being early adopters of AI to drive measurable growth. With a strategic, results-focused culture, they offer an environment where innovation is prioritized to help clients outperform local competition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling, specialist firm that values transparent performance and is dedicated to transforming how healthcare providers manage their digital growth and sales pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time (Exclusive)

Job Summary

We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
  • Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
  • Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
  • Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
  • Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
  • Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
  • Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
  • Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
  • High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
  • South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
  • A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
  • Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
  • Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.
