Stacker Operator 1st Shift

As a Stacker Operator, you’ll be part of our corrugator team, responsible for stacking, tagging and preparing finished units for shipment. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a fast-paced production environment.<br><br><strong>Shift: </strong>1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) — Must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed<br><br><strong>Starting Pay: </strong>$18.00/hour – Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Operate conveyor lines and unitizer to stack finished units</li><li>Insert protective top/bottom sheets and tie sheets when needed</li><li>Count and verify unit and inch count; ensure proper load tags are in each unit</li><li>Restack, flip stack and hand-band units as necessary</li><li>Communicate with operators and team about production flow</li><li>Help train others and cross-train on other corrugator roles</li><li>Submit maintenance requests and support equipment upkeep</li><li>Learn to read corrugator lineups and support other roles (Slitter Operator, Doublebacker)</li><li>Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas<br><br></li></ul><strong>Who You Are<br><br></strong><ul><li>You’re dependable and show up ready to work every day</li><li>You’re a team player who follows instructions and supports others</li><li>You’re comfortable staying active and working around machines</li><li>You can read and understand safety instructions and production documents written in English</li><li>You can use a tape measure accurately and consistently</li><li>You’re confident using basic math for counts, measurements, and simple calculations</li><li>You’re detail-oriented and care about doing things the right way</li><li>You’re eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team’s success<br><br></li></ul><strong>What To Expect On The Job<br><br></strong><ul><li>You’ll be on your feet for most of you shift.
