  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the core banking platform following migration.
  • Identify and implement improvements to system architecture, integrations, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support technical planning and integration needs for new financial products and future sponsor bank partnerships.
  • Ensure technical solutions meet applicable security, regulatory, compliance, and data-integrity requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, systems integration, or related financial technology roles.
  • Strong experience with banking core systems, including implementations, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical components of large-scale system migrations or platform implementations.
  • Strong technical expertise in APIs, system architecture, data flows, and complex integrations.
  • Knowledge of banking operations, including deposit and lending systems, transaction processing, and payment infrastructure.
  • Experience working with cloud-based architectures and modern financial technology platforms.
  • Experience in regulated financial services environments, with an understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements.
