Threat Monitoring & Response Engineer

<p>At Zendesk, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Threat Monitoring & Response Engineer to join our Security team. As a Threat Monitoring & Response Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security threats, as well as identifying and preventing malicious activity on the Zendesk network.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis. You should also have knowledge of intrusion detection systems (IDS) and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS). Additionally, you should be well-versed in security technologies, such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and log management solutions.The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem solver with excellent communication and technical skills. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a passion for securing Zendesk’s systems and networks.
