Writer for special interest magazine articles and listicles

Print Platform is seeding content for a new digital application ahead of launch. You will create an account on the platform and publish a fixed number of stories per week at our direction.

Two formats:

- Articles, roughly 600 words

- Listicles, top 10 to top 20

Every story includes photos. Photos must be rights-cleared or public domain. You source them and note the license with each piece.

Deliverables

A fixed number of published stories per week, mixed formats as assigned. Topics and angles come from us. You write, source images, and publish directly on the platform. Clean copy, ready to run. Light editing only.

Skills

- Published writing samples in a clear, plain style

- Experience writing listicles and short features

- Experience sourcing licensed or public domain imagery (Wikimedia Commons, Unsplash, Pexels, Library of Congress, or similar)

- Comfortable learning a new publishing tool

Communication

- Weekly assignment list from us. Questions by message, same day where possible.

- Flag anything you cannot deliver on time before the deadline, not after.

How we work

- Small team, direct feedback, no meetings. We assign, you publish, we review. Writers who hit the cadence and quality bar will have first call on paid work after launch.
