Key Responsibilities

Make approximately 300–400 outbound calls per day using a dialer system

Communicate professionally and fluently in English and Spanish

Follow up with new and existing leads and convert inquiries into scheduled consultations

Build rapport and genuine connections with prospective patients

Follow up with patients who have not confirmed or need to reschedule

Accurately document calls, notes, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM

Maintain accurate information in Google Sheets and other systems

Follow a structured daily workflow and complete required reporting

Consistently meet established KPIs and performance expectations

Our patient scheduling process is consultative. You must be able to listen, ask the right questions, understand what the patient is experiencing and why finding a solution matters to them—not simply read from a script.

Be proficient with Google Sheets

Be comfortable using automated dialers, phone systems, SMS/texting, and other communication platforms

Be able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
