<p>Position Overview</p><br><p>Herdt Consulting is seeking an experienced Informatica IDMC Administrator to support a large-scale Workday implementation for a state government client. This role will administer and support the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment, helping ensure the platform is secure, stable, connected, and ready to support enterprise data management activities. The consultant will work across technical teams to manage runtime services, connectivity, access, monitoring, troubleshooting, and environment operations in a complex enterprise setting.</p><br><p>Quick Facts</p><br><ul><br> <li>Location: Remote</li><br> <li>Security Clearance: Not Required</li><br> <li>Citizenship: US Citizenship Required</li><br> <li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline</li><br> <li>Experience: Hands-on experience administering Informatica IDMC</li><br> <li>Work Schedule: Full-time</li><br> <li>Alignment: All candidates must be on Herdt’s W-2. (No third parties)</li><br></ul><br><p>Key Responsibilities</p><br><ul><br> <li>Administer and support Informatica IDMC environments, services, users, roles, groups, and permissions.</li><br> <li>Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, and supporting services.</li><br> <li>Monitor platform health, jobs, connectivity, and operational issues; support incident resolution and root-cause analysis.</li><br> <li>Support environment configuration, release and change management, and migration across development, test, and production environments.</li><br> <li>Maintain platform standards, operating procedures, technical documentation, and access controls.</li><br> <li>Collaborate with data governance, data quality, lineage, integration, security, and application teams to enable reliable IDMC services.</li><br></ul><br><p>Required Qualifications</p><br><ul><br> <li>Demonstrated hands-on administration experience with Informatica IDMC.</li><br> <li>Strong experience with Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, user/role administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.</li><br> <li>Experience supporting enterprise production environments with formal change, release, and incident-management practices.</li><br> <li>Working knowledge of cloud networking, authentication/security concepts, APIs, databases, and enterprise data integration.</li><br> <li>Strong documentation, communication, and cross-team problem-solving skills.</li><br></ul><br><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><br><ul><br> <li>Experience supporting Workday or another SaaS ERP implementation.</li><br> <li>Experience with CDGC, CDQ, CDI, CAI, or other IDMC services.</li><br> <li>Experience supporting state/local government, financial systems, or another highly regulated enterprise environment.</li><br></ul><br><p>What we can offer you</p><br><ul><br> <li>Excellence: The chance to be part of a company with a reputation for excellence in task execution.</li><br> <li>Time Off: 3 weeks of paid vacation each year plus 11 federal holidays.</li><br> <li>Health Benefits: Competitive Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental, and Vision insurance.</li><br> <li>Financial Security: 401K program with Fidelity (including company match) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).</li><br> <li>Insurance: Short-term and Long-term Disability provided at no cost, plus voluntary Life and AD&D options.</li></ul>
