Orlando Remote Appointment Setters & Sales Closers — Work From Anywhere

Soto Growth Systems is expanding its fully remote sales organization and inviting people who enjoy consultative conversations to apply for our Orlando recruiting team. We help coaches, consultants, agencies, and other online service providers improve the way they attract, speak with, and serve customers using sales systems, practical automation, AI-supported processes, and skilled human sales teams.

Choose the sales path that fits your strengths

Appointment Setters: Start and nurture conversations with interested prospects, ask useful qualification questions, organize timely follow-ups, and schedule appropriate consultations. You'll bring clarity, consistency, and genuine curiosity to the start of the sales process.

Sales Closers: Lead scheduled Zoom or phone consultations, listen closely to each business owner's goals and challenges, explain relevant solutions, handle questions respectfully, and guide qualified people toward a decision. You will document notes in the CRM and maintain a professional follow-up process.

How the work is supported

Expect structured onboarding, ongoing sales coaching, feedback on your conversations, and established processes that help the team work together. AI-powered lead generation and automation support the opportunity pipeline and reduce avoidable administrative work. Pre-scheduled consultations are provided for closing positions; appointment setting focuses on creating and confirming those opportunities.

Who tends to do well

We value clear communication, patience, accountability, and thoughtful listening more than a memorized pitch. Relevant experience might come from remote sales, appointment setting, business development, client acquisition, or high-ticket closing. You should be organized, comfortable with video calls and CRM systems, able to work independently, and willing to practice and improve.

Compensation and expectations — commission only

This is a commission only, performance-based opportunity with no guaranteed base pay. Appointment setters have reported average earnings of $1,000–$1,500 per week. Sales closers have reported average earnings of $2,000–$3,000+ per week. Individual income depends on results and is not guaranteed. Additional bonuses and production incentives may be available.

Working arrangements and application

This is a full-time, fully remote position associated with our Orlando, Florida team. We welcome applications from the United States and internationally. Reliable internet access, a suitable space for calls, and dependable communication are important.

Please share your prior sales experience, whether setting or closing is the better fit for you, and how you approach listening, following up, and earning trust. Selected applicants will receive information about the interview process and next steps.
