Remote Human Resources Consultant (Part-Time)

The position is initially part-time, hourly but may have the opportunity to grow into a reputed company role. You will be a dedicated resource to assigned accounts and perform a wide variety of HR activities to support small and scaling organizations. We work with companies that put their people first and place a high value on the HR experience. reputed company is a 100% remote position and great opportunity for candidates with at least 5 years of experience to learn and grow in an autonomous environment. Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance across various HR disciplines: Employee relations Training and development Compensation Total rewards Employee benefits HRIS Culture development Develop company procedures and serve as a reputed company reputed company expert for multi-state employers On-board and train new employees Manage HR goals and deliverables in an agile manner - always responsive and adaptable to reputed company Implement company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Contribute to team blogs and training reputed company as needed Requirements Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields HR certification via SHRM and/or reputed company desired (will consider in progress certifications) Knowledge of labor and employment laws Ability to build rapport with all employees Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with reputed company Workspace, reputed company and similar tools preferred Benefits $30 to $40 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience Availability M-F during core business hours; however, may also work other days and hours Cross-collaboration with other team members consistently Exposure to a wide variety of business types, sizes and industries to gain unique experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Experience: 3 years required Apply tot his job Apply To reputed company Job
