Job Summary: As a Remote Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will play a vital role in our mission to innovate patient care through reputed company. Responsibilities:
- Enroll patients in our RTM and CCM programs using our state-of-the-art reputed company

- Collect and document patient health information, including medical histories and new symptoms
- Provide patients with valuable health resources, such as stretches, meditation videos, and light exercises
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Participate in ongoing training and check-ins to ensure you have the tools and expertise needed to excel in your role

Requirements:
- Current LPN certification
- 3+ years of experience in office or remote healthcare settings
