About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule appointments for home repair companies and other clients as required
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide personalized solutions
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
