Fractional Google Ads + Meta Specialist | 13-Location Car Wash | Attribution First (US only)

White Horse Auto Wash runs 13 car washes across Charleston, SC and Virginia. We are independently owned. We own our Google Ads account, our GA4 property, our Meta Business Manager, and our landing pages, and we intend to keep it that way.

We spend about $6,600 a month on Google (ten Performance Max market campaigns) and Meta (two campaigns). Right now none of it is tied to a customer we can count. Google reports modeled store visits; Meta reports clicks. We just launched per-store landing pages with per-store free-wash codes our point of sale tracks. Your first job is to connect the ads to those codes so that by November we can say which store got which customer from which dollar.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- Conversion tracking: GA4 and Tag Manager events on 13 per-store landing pages, Google Ads and Meta conversions wired to them, offline conversion import from our POS if feasible.

- Performance Max: restructure ten campaigns into three market clusters, diagnose why our cost per click doubled in August, and fix store-visit tracking so all 13 locations report consistently.

- Meta: rebuild from Traffic and Awareness objectives to conversion campaigns with per-store codes. Retire what can't be measured.

- Reporting: a monthly per-store report (spend, clicks, redemptions, cost per redemption, new members where we can see them) that our leadership team reads in ten minutes. A weekly one-line check-in.

- Budget: recommend shifts between stores monthly, with reasons.

HOURS AND PAY

5-8 hours a week for the first 60 days, 4-6 after. We think of this as a $1,000-$1,500 a month retainer depending on experience; the hourly range on this post is how that maps to Upwork. Thirty-day out either way. We own everything.

WHAT WE ARE NOT HIRING

An agency. Someone who runs our media through their own account. Someone who bills a percentage of spend with no floor. Someone who tells us conversion tracking isn't possible for a car wash.

HOW WE'LL HIRE

A short note from you, a 20-minute call, then a paid audit: $400 for five business days of read-only access to Google Ads, GA4, and Meta, ending in written findings. The findings decide it. Then a 60-day engagement with the deliverables above, month-to-month after.

IN YOUR NOTE

One multi-location or local-service account you've run, the conversion action you optimized to, and one time you told a client to spend less.
