<h1>Webinar & Podcast Manager</h1><p><strong>Location:</strong> USA - Remote</p><p><strong>Experience Level:</strong> Intermediate</p><h2>Description</h2><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Onyx Security is hiring a Webinar & Podcast Manager to build two programs from the ground up and own them end to end.</p><p>This is a hands-on role with a producers mindset. Youll source topics and speakers, run the production calendar, host the tech, drive registration and attendance, and turn every recording into a library of downstream content. Youre equally comfortable wrangling a nervous CISO guest ten minutes before we go live and pulling the attendance-to-pipeline report afterward.</p><p><strong>What Youll Own</strong></p><p>Webinar program (build and run):</p><ul><li>Design the program from scratch: cadence, formats (live, on-demand, panel), and how it maps to funnel stages, personas, and our product roadmap.</li><li>Own the webinar calendar and topic pipeline, sourced from sales conversations, customer questions, research, and industry news.</li><li>Recruit and prep speakers — internal experts, customers, analysts, and partners. Run dry runs and keep presenters on time and on message.</li><li>Own the tech stack end to end: webinar platform, registration pages, reminder sequences, and MAP integration.</li><li>Run live production (ops, moderation, Q&A, polls, and troubleshooting mid-stream), and partner with campaigns and digital on promotion, on-demand distribution, lead routing, and post-event nurture.</li></ul><p> Podcast (build and run):</p><ul><li>Define the show with executive stakeholders: concept, format, name, audience, episode structure, and cadence.</li><li>Build and manage the guest pipeline — outreach, scheduling, briefing, and prep docs.</li><li>Produce every episode: recording, editing (in-house or with a contractor), show notes, transcripts, and artwork coordination.</li><li>Manage hosting and distribution across external platforms and the website, and grow the audience with campaigns and digital through social, email, guest amplification, and cross-promotion.</li><li>Report on downloads, completion rates, and audience growth over time.</li></ul><p>Content multiplication:</p><ul><li>Work with the content team to repurpose webinars and episodes into clips, quote cards, blog recaps, social posts, and email content — and build a repeatable process for doing it.</li></ul><p>Co-marketing & partnerships:</p><ul><li>Run joint webinars with partners, analysts, and industry publications.</li><li>Manage co-marketing logistics, lead-sharing agreements, and promotional commitments.</li></ul><p>Measurement:</p><ul><li>Own the numbers for both programs: registration, attendance rate, engagement, and sourced and influenced pipeline.</li><li>Report on which topics, formats, and speakers perform best, and align results to core KPIs.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><p><strong>What Were Looking For</strong></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li>3+ years running webinars, virtual events, podcasts, or video programs in B2B, including marketing within cybersecurity or to cybersecurity audiences.</li><li>Proven experience building a program from zero, not just maintaining an existing one.</li><li>Hands-on with webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars, Riverside, ON24, Goldcast, or similar) and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).</li><li>Strong project management across calendars, deadlines, and a lot of moving parts.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable on camera and on mic, and calm under live-production pressure.</li></ul><p>Nice to Have:</p><ul><li>Audio/video editing experience (Descript, Riverside, Adobe Premiere, or similar).</li><li>Hosting or moderating experience.</li><li>An existing network of security practitioners, researchers, or analysts.</li><li>Experience with paid promotion of events and shows.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Job Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Remote work model</li><li>Unlimited PTO</li><li>Paid holidays and sick time</li><li>Health, dental, vision insurance and wellness benefits</li><li>Equity participation</li><li>Home-office setup stipend</li><li>Competitive salary </li></ul><p><br /></p>
