Customer Experience & Client Support Specialist | Phone, Chat & Email

We’re looking for a reliable Customer Experience & Client Support Specialist to join our team for a long-term project.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers, communicating clearly, and turning everyday support conversations into positive customer experiences.

What you’ll handle:

Respond to customers through phone, chat, and email

Answer questions and provide accurate information

Handle customer concerns professionally

Resolve basic issues or escalate them when needed

Follow company guidelines and support processes

Keep customer information and conversation notes organized

Maintain a friendly, professional tone in every interaction

What we’re looking for:

Strong spoken and written English

Clear and confident communication

Good listening and problem-solving skills

Comfortable handling customer conversations

Professional attitude and reliability

Ability to learn our process quickly

Previous customer service, call center, chat support, or client support experience is a plus

Long-Term Work

This is intended to be a long-term opportunity, not a short one-time project.

We offer flexible working hours, with availability ranging from approximately 20 to 65 hours per week, depending on your availability and project requirements.

We’re interested in freelancers who want consistent work and can maintain good customer service quality over time.
