What You'll Do
- Meet virtually with individuals, families, and small business owners to review health coverage options.
- Help clients find plans that best fit their needs and budget.
- Build lasting relationships by providing ongoing support after enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective clients and referrals.
- Participate in daily coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
- Set personal goals and work alongside a team that celebrates your success.

Compensation
This is a commission-based, independent contractor (1099) opportunity.
Successful first-year agents commonly earn $80,000-$200,000+, with top performers earning significantly more. Your income is based on your effort, consistency, and performance, there is NO CAP on what you can earn.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Health & Life Insurance License (we'll guide you through the process)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Professional communication skills
