You should understand the value of verified, structured and continuously updated startup and investor data.</li><li>You will work with the founding/product team to identify how data can improve:</li><li>Investor-startup matchmaking</li><li>User acquisition</li><li>Sales</li><li>Market intelligence</li><li>Partnerships</li><li>Platform value</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a commercially strong entrepreneur/operator, ideally with experience across:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Startup growth & GTM</li><li>Business development & strategic partnerships</li><li>Startup fundraising ecosystem</li><li>Investor relations or deal sourcing</li><li>Angel/VC/family-office networks</li><li>Founder/startup communities</li><li>Sales and revenue generation</li><li>Early-stage startup building</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Strong Preference For Candidates Who Have:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>An existing founder/startup network</li><li>An existing investor/VC/family-office network</li><li>Personally closed strategic partnerships</li><li>Personally generated or contributed to revenue</li><li>Experience working with startup fundraising or deal flow</li><li>Built a product/business from 0 → 1</li><li>Experience building GTM from scratch</li><li>Strong understanding of the startup-investor ecosystem</li><li>Ability to turn relationships into measurable business outcomes</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You are:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Entrepreneurial • Networked • Commercial • Sales-driven • Strategic • Data-aware • Relationship-oriented • Execution-focused</li><li>You should be comfortable doing the work yourself in the early stage—outreach, calls, meetings, sales, partnerships and onboarding and later building the systems, processes and team required to scale.</li><li>We need someone who can think beyond: “How do we get our first 100 users?”</li><li>and think about: “How do we build a system that can reach 10,000+?”</li><li>Early-Stage Commitment</li><li>FundNexus is currently an early-stage company, and this is an equity-only founding position with no fixed salary initially.</li><li>We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, operating with limited resources and contributing beyond a narrow job description when required.</li><li>Where mutually agreed, the co-founder may contribute personal resources toward early business execution.
