The Work

As a No-Code Automation Specialist, you will build and improve workflow automation tasks based on real business processes. Your work will help train and evaluate AI systems that need to understand how automations are designed and tested.

  • Create, test, and refine workflows in Zapier and Make.com.
  • Write prompts that challenge AI systems on triggers, actions, filters, branching logic, integrations, and multi-step workflows.
  • Review AI-generated automation solutions and improve their efficiency, reliability, and data flow accuracy.
  • Add AI-powered steps to workflows when needed.
  • Occasionally work with no-code or low-code API integrations.
  • Document your work clearly and turn business requirements into practical automation logic.

What It Pays and Takes

This is an intermediate-level, part-time contractor role for someone with significant experience building and optimizing no-code automations.

  • Pay: $15 to $45 per hour.
  • Time: 20 or more hours per week.
  • Work type: Part-time contract.
  • Location: Worldwide.
