Job Summary

This hybrid position requires at least 3 days on site. The Senior Executive Assistant will support senior leaders by managing daily activities, calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and communication. The role is for one of Wayfair’s fast‑growing global corporations.

Responsibilities

  • Daily management and coordination of all areas of executive work.
  • Proactively manage calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings, resolve conflicts, and stay ahead of executive needs.
  • Provide EA support to three leaders.
  • Handle domestic and international travel arrangements; make required adjustments.
  • Schedule and coordinate weekly and ad‑hoc meetings.
  • Interact with key internal and external contacts, investors, and C‑level individuals professionally.
  • Control executive office costs.
  • Represent the team positively to external parties.
  • Act as a point of contact for traveling executives and corporate buyers.
  • Perform various ad‑hoc tasks.
  • Manage and draft communications on behalf of leaders.
  • Provide backup for other administrative staff.

Qualifications

  • Three+ years of experience as an AA/EA for senior‑level executives.
  • Assertive and able to handle demanding requests.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong planning skills.
  • Proactive in anticipating needs and situations.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace (calendar, mail, drive, docs, sheets, slides, meet).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • High level of discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Adaptable to ad‑hoc issues outside core business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
