Virtual Assistant — Social Media & Influencer Outreach

Live Vybrant is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our social media and influencer marketing efforts.

This position will work directly with our Social Media & Content Manager and will focus primarily on creating educational social media graphics and assisting with influencer outreach.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media, has an eye for design, can turn information into engaging content, and is comfortable working independently from established instructions and templates.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation

Create educational Instagram carousels, infographics, and informational graphics.

Repurpose existing Live Vybrant website content and educational materials into social media content.

Turn articles, educational resources, videos, podcasts, and existing brand content into engaging visual posts.

Create content using Canva or similar design software.

Follow established brand guidelines, templates, fonts, colors, and visual standards.

Write or adapt headlines and hooks for educational content.

Make revisions based on feedback.

Content Research & Repurposing

Review existing Live Vybrant content to identify opportunities for social media posts.

Help turn one piece of existing content into multiple social media assets.

Maintain organized content files and project folders.

Influencer Outreach

Use an influencer outreach platform to organize and contact qualified creators.

Review creator profiles based on established criteria.

Send approved outreach messages and follow-up communications.

Flag interested, high-quality, or potentially valuable creators for management review.

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience with social media or virtual assistance.

Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content.

Experience creating Canva graphics, carousels, or infographics.

Strong attention to detail.

Good written English and communication skills.

Comfortable following templates and brand guidelines.

Able to research information and summarize it clearly.

Comfortable using spreadsheets, project management tools, and online platforms.

Experience with influencer marketing or creator outreach is a plus.

Interest in wellness, fitness, health, longevity, or lifestyle content is a plus.

Success in This Role

The goal is to allow the Social Media & Content Manager to spend more time on strategy, creative direction, video content, and high-level influencer management while the VA handles repeatable production and outreach tasks.

Reporting Structure

The Virtual Assistant will report directly to the Social Media & Content Manager.

The Social Media & Content Manager will provide content direction, templates, brand guidelines, priorities, and final approval.
