This hands-on role involves optimizing and managing HR applications, with a primary focus on Workday. You will utilize your expertise in analytics, dashboards, and reporting to deliver actionable insights while driving improvements across various Workday HCM modules. In addition, you will lead compensation cycles and contribute to scalable solutions for a growing organization. </div> <div>Our ideal candidate is a collaborative team player and creative problem-solver, possessing a strong understanding of Workday configuration and a passion for solving complex challenges. </div> <div> <strong>How you’ll add value:</strong> </p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday analytics, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into key HR metrics. </li> <li>Manage and execute compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. </li> <li>Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to enhance Workday HCM capabilities, including modules like Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and more. </li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Workday modules, ensuring seamless functionality. </li> <li>Design and implement custom reporting solutions to meet business needs. </li> <li>Serve as a Workday subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, providing support and guidance to stakeholders. </li> <li>Stay current with Workday updates and releases, recommending best practices and new features. </li> <li>Other duties as assigned. </li> <li>Occasional travel may be required.</li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <strong>What you’ll need to be successful in this role:</strong> </p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Workday HCM, including analytics, dashboards, and reporting. </li> <li>Demonstrated experience with Advanced Compensation, including maintaining and running compensation cycles within Workday. </li> <li>Proficiency in creating and analyzing complex reports and data visualizations within Workday </li> <li>Strong understanding of HR processes and practices. </li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. </li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting effectively to fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments. </li> <li>Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey technical issues to diverse audiences. </li> <div> <strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong> </div> <li>Experience working at high-growth or scaling organizations. </li> <li>Workday certifications in one or more modules (e.g., Reporting, Advanced Compensation) </li> <li>Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll </li> <li>Familiarity working with other HR systems including applicant tracking systems, survey tools, analytics software, etc. </li> </ul> </ul> </div> <div> <strong>R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks</strong> </p> <ul class="posting-requirements plain-list"> <ul> <li>This position has a salary range of $110,000 – $130,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position.
