<strong>Location: </strong> Perry, OH, USA<br><br><strong>Salary: </strong> $220,000.00 USD Annually - $265,000.00 USD Annually<br><br><strong>Description<br><br></strong><strong>Title: </strong>VP of Operations- Electronic Manufacturing Services<br><br><strong>Type:</strong> Full Time<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote - 70% travel (Domestic and International)<br><br>The Vice President, Operations is a senior executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple manufacturing and operational sites throughout North America. This role partners closely with site leadership teams to identify and execute strategic improvement initiatives that enhance performance, efficiency, quality, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability.<br><br>Reporting to the Senior Vice President, North America and Executive Vice President, Operations, the Vice President, Operations will lead high-impact operational programs, establish performance standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the region.<br><br><strong>Reports To:</strong> SVP, North America & EVP Operations<br><br><strong>Indirect Reports:</strong> Site Operations Leaders (6)<br><br><strong>Travel:</strong> Regular travel to operational sites Domestic and International<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead the identification, development, and execution of strategic operational improvement initiatives across multiple sites, with a focus on areas of greatest opportunity and operational risk.</li><li>Drive achievement of key operational performance metrics, including on-time delivery, quality performance, operational efficiency, and cost reduction targets.</li><li>Partner with site and functional leadership to establish, monitor, and improve operational KPIs, ensuring accountability and timely corrective actions.</li><li>Support manufacturing footprint optimization, capability expansion, facility integration, and operational growth initiatives.</li><li>Establish governance frameworks for operational improvement programs focused on productivity, efficiency, quality improvement, waste reduction, and cross-site collaboration.</li><li>Develop and manage operational forecasts, objectives, and performance targets aligned with business growth strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement operational best practices across the organization.</li><li>Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.</li><li>Promote and reinforce industry-leading safety standards, including 5S and other workplace safety initiatives.</li><li>Support achievement of margin improvement objectives and serve as an escalation point for critical operational risks and business challenges.</li><li>Represent the organization as a senior operational leader with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in and lead regional and global initiatives, including sustainability, operational transformation, and strategic business improvement programs.</li><li>Foster collaboration and capability sharing across sites to drive standardization, operational effectiveness, and organizational alignment.</li><li>Mentor and develop operational leaders, high-potential talent, and succession candidates across the organization.</li><li>Provide interim leadership support for site operations as required.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>Master's degree or MBA preferred.</li><li>Background in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or highly regulated industries.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or operational excellence roles.</li><li>Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational improvement programs within complex manufacturing or industrial environments.</li><li>Deep expertise in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP), supply chain management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.</li><li>Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in operational performance, productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.</li><li>Strong experience leading multi-site operations and influencing senior leadership teams.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing operational teams.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support regional operational initiatives.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification.</li><li>Experience leading operational integration, facility consolidation, or footprint optimization initiatives.</li><li>Experience managing large-scale operational transformation programs across multiple sites.</li><li>Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-wide operational excellence frameworks.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Success
