The role manages end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for operational and entry-level positions, partnering with hiring managers to source, engage, and hire talent while maintaining an effective candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels Support high-volume hiring initiatives, seasonal hiring campaigns, and workforce scaling efforts Prepare and manage offers, negotiate terms when appropriate, and facilitate candidate closure activities Timely delivery of qualified candidate pipelines across professional-level roles Consistent achievement of recruiting service-level expectations and hiring goals High-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle Strong partnership and communication with hiring managers and recruiting leadership Accurate reporting and maintenance of candidate data and recruiting activity Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional-level positions • Minimum 3+ years of experience recruiting for Operations positions • Demonstrated experience with candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate relationship management • Proficiency using Workday or comparable applicant tracking systems • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Contractors must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times • Fully remote position with reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office workspace required • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills are essential • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting teammates and leadership Contractors must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for work authorization in the United States • Entry-Level/Campus Hiring Experience • Knowledge of current talent market trends across professional and corporate functions • Experience supporting remote and geographically dispersed hiring teams • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with business leaders and candidates • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment Benefits Fully remote position with reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office workspace required.
