Their work will help AI systems develop stronger reasoning, accuracy, and reliability when handling complex real-world accounting and financial scenarios.</p><p><strong>Prior AI experience is not required.</strong> Professional domain expertise and the ability to evaluate complex financial and regulatory content accurately are the primary qualifications.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review, evaluate, and annotate <strong>financial reports and financial statements</strong> for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.</li><li>Assess and critique <strong>audit procedures</strong>, identifying gaps, best practices, risks, and relevant regulatory considerations across business scenarios.</li><li>Create and evaluate <strong>financial models</strong>, assessing their structure, assumptions, calculations, accuracy, and practical usefulness.</li><li>Analyze <strong>tax compliance practices and documentation</strong>, identifying potential risks, inconsistencies, and compliance issues.</li><li>Review legal and financial documents for <strong>clarity, correctness, completeness, and regulatory alignment</strong>.</li><li>Provide clear, constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials.</li><li>Communicate technical accounting and financial findings effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Support the development and evaluation of datasets used for <strong>AI training and benchmarking</strong>.</li><li>Apply experience with data labeling, annotation, model evaluation, or similar human-data processes where applicable.</li><li>Maintain high standards of accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and regulatory awareness across assigned evaluation tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Bachelor’s degree or higher</strong> in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of <strong>accounting, economics, taxation, financial regulations, and relevant legal requirements</strong>.</li><li>Substantial professional experience preparing, reviewing, or auditing <strong>financial statements</strong>.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>cost accounting and budgetary controls</strong>.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining technical financial concepts.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to <strong>data accuracy and regulatory compliance</strong>.</li><li>Professional experience in one
