You will be on the front lines of our mission, managing and growing a portfolio of US school partnerships while simultaneously supporting a dedicated group of educators to ensure they find the right roles and succeed in them. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and be part of a high growth start-up that is expanding rapidly in the UK and US markets!<br><br><strong><strong> 🏗️ What You’ll Be Doing <br><br></strong></strong><strong> Managing and growing US school partnerships: <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Building deep, meaningful relationships with your school partners </li><li> Work with your school partners to generate increasing demand for Zen educators (teachers and paraprofessionals) to be placed in their classrooms </li><li> Upselling Zen products and services to expand our impact within your school partner portfolio </li><li> Acting as a responsive, central point of contact for all school partnership stakeholders </li><li> Reporting on key trends and feedback to our Product team to help improve our platform <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> Managing and supporting US educators: <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Communicating daily with newly onboarded educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles </li><li> Maintaining constant contact with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems </li><li> Coaching educators and improving their performance in schools <br><br><br></li></ul><strong><strong> 🧠 What We’re Looking For <br><br></strong></strong><strong> Mindset & Traits: <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Coachability: You thrive on feedback, bring low ego, and are eager to learn daily. </li><li> Grit: You are a self-starter who enjoys getting scrappy and thinking like an entrepreneur to reach goals.
