  • Support the mapping and documentation of partner journeys and internal workflows, helping identify friction points and opportunities to improve the partner experience.
  • Coordinate routine updates, meetings, timelines, dependencies, and action items across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Compile, organize, and report on program data and KPIs, including partner adoption, tool utilization, and satisfaction.
  • Support recurring reporting processes and help ensure stakeholders have accurate and timely visibility into program performance.
  • Draft and distribute internal and partner-facing communications regarding program, tool, and workflow updates under the direction of senior program leadership.
  • Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and timeline changes clearly and proactively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve documentation, workflows, execution accuracy, and the scalability of day-to-day program operations.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-facing teams.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional work, track action items and dependencies, and follow projects through to completion.
  • Comfort learning and supporting new tools, platforms, workflows, and business processes.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize data, identify trends, and recognize potential issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment while adapting to evolving priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset and a strong interest in creating positive experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to recognize when an issue can be resolved independently or should be escalated.
