<br><p><strong>Title: </strong>UX Researcher III</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote</p><p><strong>Duration: </strong>12 months</p><p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$54 - $74hr</p><p><strong>Work Requirements:</strong> US Citizen, Green Card Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Title: </strong>UX Researcher III</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a <strong>UX Researcher III</strong> to support research across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on <strong>survey research, quantitative analysis, consumer insights, and research vendor management</strong>. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, develop research roadmaps, execute studies, and translate findings into actionable product and business insights.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify research needs and support product development.</li><li>Develop and execute research roadmaps independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Lead research studies across multiple phases of the product development lifecycle.</li><li>Contribute research insights to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning.</li><li>Design questionnaires and support survey programming and survey quality assurance.</li><li>Analyze quantitative research data using tools such as <strong>SPSS, R, Python, SQL</strong>, or similar platforms.</li><li>Use survey platforms such as <strong>Qualtrics</strong> or comparable tools.</li><li>Manage external research vendors and coordinate research activities and deliverables.</li><li>Use data and quantitative findings to define and support research hypotheses.</li><li>Communicate research findings through clear presentations, reports, storytelling, and other stakeholder-facing materials.</li><li>Work independently while managing multiple priorities and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Use or learn AI tools to support research workflows.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a human behavior-related field such as <strong>Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, Economics</strong>, or a related field.</li><li>Experience with <strong>questionnaire design, survey programming, and survey quality assurance</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency with traditional quantitative analysis and tools such as <strong>SPSS, R, Python, or SQL</strong>.</li><li>Experience using survey platforms such as <strong>Qualtrics</strong> or similar tools.</li><li>Experience managing <strong>external research vendors</strong>.</li><li>Experience with AI tools or demonstrated willingness to learn.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.</li><li>Experience using data and numbers to define and support hypotheses.</li><li>Strong storytelling skills and ability to communicate findings to different audiences.</li><li>Experience working with autonomy and making decisions while balancing multiple demands.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience harmonizing or consolidating multiple tracking instruments into a single framework.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>brand health measurement, brand preference research, and brand lift methodology</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>global or multi-market tracking programs</strong>.</li><li>Experience in <strong>social media, entertainment, or consumer technology</strong>.</li><li>Experience partnering with data engineering or analytics teams on <strong>data pipelines</strong>.</li><li>Experience working within a <strong>marketing or consumer brand team</strong>.</li><li>Experience conducting research across global markets.</li><li>Strong quantitative research knowledge and ability to work effectively with research vendors.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>dashboards or dashboarding tools</strong>.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Our benefits package includes:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive medical benefits</li><li>Competitive pay</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>…and much more</li></ul><p><strong>About INSPYR Solutions</strong></p><p>Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
